We understand that you are excited to receive your EVY PROFESSIONAL products and will aim to deliver your products to you as speedy as possible and in the best condition .

Australian Standard Delivery

Our FREE standard delivery service is available for all orders over $100 of all EVY PROFESSIONAL products including electrical goods for consumers .

Other product orders for salons/trade include standard delivery of $18.00AUD for any orders under $250, and free standard delivery for any order over $250. Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days, with the exception of WA, NT and regional areas of Australia, which may take up to 8 days. Your items will be delivered through Australia Post or Startrack. A signature will be required upon delivery, so a physical address is preferred. All salon orders are sent out via courier, and require authorised authority to leave (at checkout) to be delivered. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

You will own the Products once we have received payment in full.

Please note that timescales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the Products (including any pre-orders) and your address. Please consult the “Payment & Delivery” section of the website.

If there is any discrepancy or if any Product is damaged please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
