We guarantee that on delivery and for the period set out below, the products shall be free from material defects. However, this warranty does not apply in the circumstances described in the clause below

This warranty does not apply to any defect in the Products arising from:
(a) fair wear and tear;
(b) willful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
(c) if you fail to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions; and
(d) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party.
(e) change of mind is not covered under warranty.This warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to the consumer guarantees implied by the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note warranty is not transferrable from original purchaser and will only be honored when purchased from an authorized EVY PROFESSIONAL reseller
All EVY Professional products are created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before being release - however if for any reason you feel your EVY Professional product isn't performing as it should be and would like to submit a warranty claim, we’ll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
